Privacy Policy

This policy covers the ADHD Planner mobile app ("the app") for Android and iOS, published by Alim Sourav ("we", "us"). It explains what the app stores, what leaves your device, and what it never collects.
The short version. The app has no account system and no backend server. Your plans, steps, mood check-ins and progress history are written to storage on your own device and stay there. We do not receive them, cannot read them, and do not run any analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.
1. What the app stores on your device
All of the following is held in the app's private storage area on your phone:

Anything you type into a plan is stored exactly as you typed it. If you write sensitive details into a task title or note, those details live on your device under the same protection the operating system gives any other app's private data.
2. What leaves your device
Fast Plan text processing
Fast Plan turns a free-text brain-dump into tasks. On Android this runs entirely on-device, using a model bundled inside the app. On iOS it runs entirely on-device using a rule-based engine. In neither case is the text you type sent anywhere.
Voice input (optional)
If you tap the microphone button, the app requests microphone access and hands the audio
to your device's own speech recognition service — Android's SpeechRecognizer
or Apple's SFSpeechRecognizer. The app never records audio to a file, never
keeps it, and never transmits it itself.
Please note: the speech recogniser is provided by your operating system, not by us. The app asks for on-device recognition where the device offers it, but on some Android devices and in some languages the system falls back to a cloud-based recogniser, which means the audio is processed by your device vendor's speech service (typically Google) under their privacy policy. If you would rather nothing left your device at all, type instead of using the microphone.
Purchases (Android only)
Planner+ is sold through Google Play Billing. Google handles the entire transaction; we never see or receive your payment details, billing address, or Google account identifiers. The app only ever asks Google's on-device billing library one question — "does this device hold an active Planner+ subscription?" — and stores the yes/no answer locally. There is no server-side receipt verification because there is no server.
Backups you or your OS create
If Android Auto Backup or device-to-device transfer is enabled on your phone, the app's database and preferences are included so your planner survives a new device. That copy goes to your own Google account storage, encrypted, under Google's terms. We have no access to it. You can exclude the app in your device's backup settings.
On iOS the same applies to iCloud/iTunes device backups, under Apple's terms.
Files you export yourself
The app can export your planner to a JSON file. That file goes wherever you choose to save or share it, and from that point it is outside the app's control and outside this policy. Treat an export like any other document containing your personal notes.
3. What we do not do
- No accounts, sign-in, or user identifiers of any kind
- No analytics, telemetry, or usage measurement SDKs
- No advertising, ad IDs, or ad networks
- No third-party trackers or social SDKs
- No selling or sharing of personal information, in any sense — including the "sale" and "sharing" definitions used by US state privacy laws
- No profiling, and no automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects
4. Permissions the app requests

| Run at startup (Android) | Android clears pending alarms when the phone reboots, so the app re-registers your future reminders after a restart. It reads only your own stored plans. |
5. Retention and deletion
Data stays on your device until you remove it. You are always in control:
- Delete an individual plan or mood entry inside the app
- Use Clear completed plans in Settings
- Clear the app's storage from your operating system's app settings
- Uninstall the app, which removes its local database and preferences
Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf and no deletion request to submit. Deleting an OS-level backup is done through your Google or Apple account settings.
6. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Since the app collects nothing to a server, no such information can reach us.
7. Your rights
Privacy laws including the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export and delete personal data held about you. In this app those rights are satisfied directly: the data is in your possession, editable in the app, exportable to a file, and deletable by you at any time. We hold no copy, so there is no separate request process.
8. Changes
If this policy changes materially — in particular if a future version of the app ever introduces accounts, cloud sync, or analytics — this page will be updated and the change will be described in the app's release notes before it takes effect.
